排障方法：
1、最近在写自动化工具，正好派上用场，一键导出了笔记本的系统日志，可以看到有以下应用报错，凭多年的helpdesk直觉，第一眼就感觉和Adobe有关。

使用步骤简要
下载并解压
shexview.zip到一个文件夹。双击运行
shexview.exe。在菜单栏选择 Options → Hide All Microsoft Extensions，这样只显示第三方扩展。
找到 PDFShellExt（通常显示为 Adobe Acrobat 相关）。
右键选择 Disable Selected Items。
重启资源管理器或电脑，观察问题是否消失。
总结
我禁用了Acrobat Elements Context Menu和Adobe PDF Preview Handler for Vista这两个右键扩展后，文件资源管理器恢复正常，后续再观察使用看看。
时隔一个月，问题又重新出现，再次排查下。

排查过程
禁用 Shell 扩展插件 -> 无效，问题仍存在
更新 Intel 显卡驱动至最新版本（32.0.101.7084） -> 重启后问题目前消失
根因分析
旧版 Intel 集成显卡驱动与 Windows 资源管理器的渲染存在兼容性问题，尤其在外接显示器场景下容易触发。更新显卡驱动后修复了该渲染兼容性问题。
目前解决方案
通过 Intel 驱动更新工具（Intel Driver & Support Assistant）将 Intel Iris Xe Graphics 驱动更新至最新版本，更新后重启电脑即可。
