故障现象：笔记本在打开文件夹后，起初点击文件正常，但运行一段时间后界面会出现无法点击任何文件的情况。不过仍可缩小或关闭窗口，重新打开后又恢复正常。此问题发生频率较高。由于笔记本个人使用，之前一直未深入排查，今天终于彻底解决。
排障方法：
1、最近在写自动化工具，正好派上用场，一键导出了笔记本的系统日志，可以看到有以下应用报错，凭多年的helpdesk直觉，第一眼就感觉和Adobe有关。

使用步骤简要
下载并解压
shexview.zip到一个文件夹。双击运行
shexview.exe。在菜单栏选择 Options → Hide All Microsoft Extensions，这样只显示第三方扩展。
找到 PDFShellExt（通常显示为 Adobe Acrobat 相关）。
右键选择 Disable Selected Items。
重启资源管理器或电脑，观察问题是否消失。
总结
我禁用了Acrobat Elements Context Menu和Adobe PDF Preview Handler for Vista这两个右键扩展后，文件资源管理器恢复正常，后续再观察使用看看。
